For the 21st time, the Gewista Out of Home Award was presented for outstanding creative achievements in the Austrian advertising industry. The most creative subjects were awarded in the categories Poster [Billboard], City Light, Rolling Board, Digital Media, Transport Media and Megaboard. The audience award was also presented for the second time this year.

Customers, media and creative agencies whose campaigns were booked through Gewista and its subsidiaries in the 2020 financial year were invited to enter their work in seven categories using an on-line submission tool. The more than 200 campaigns which were submitted, regardless of size or budget, were evaluated online both by a jury of experts and in a public vote. The high-caliber jury was made up of CEOs and department heads from media and creative agencies as well as direct clients. The audience award was determined via public voting, with a total of more than 120,000 likes awarded throughout the voting period.

Gewista CSO Andrea Groh commented on the judging of the subjects, "Despite a challenging year, we are delighted that well over 200 campaigns were submitted to compete for the Out of Home Award 2020. It is always a joyful task to select the winners of the Out of Home Award from the numerous, excellent entried. By presenting this award, we honor the outstanding achievements that the Austrian advertising and creative industry makes in the field of Out of Home year after year!"
